The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of nursing operations within the assigned clinical area to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of patient care. The role integrates clinical practice oversight with operational management, ensuring that nursing care is planned, delivered, and evaluated in accordance with established standards of care, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

$90,500.00- $131,500.00 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
