Boston Medical Center in Brockton, MA, seeks a Nurse Manager for MedSurg-Cardiac Telemetry. The role provides clinical leadership, supervision and coordination of care to ensure nursing standards align with regulatory requirements.
Requires MA RN license, BLS and ACLS; BSN preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of clinical or supervisory experience and strong communication, analytical and multilingual skills. Compensation ranges from $113,500 to $164,500 annually.
Position: Nurse Manager Department: MedSurg- Cardiac Telemetry Schedule: Full Time
The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who functions as a patient care provider, supervisor and clinical resource for staff. She/he implements management and clinical activities. Coordinates clinical activities to ensure that the nursing process is operationalized utilizing Standards of Care/Standards of Practice. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the provision of patient care consistent with department/hospital and regulatory standards.
Compensation Range: $113,500.00- $164,500.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
