Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Manager for Medical Stepdown to oversee nursing care delivery on a 24-hour basis. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and efficient resource management within the unit. Monday–Friday day shift in a full-time capacity.

Required education includes a Bachelor's degree with RN licensure in the state of practice and a minimum of three years of clinical experience. BSN and Master's are preferred; certification in specialty practice is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Past leadership experience and ability to supervise staff.
• Able to analyze data from information systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a patient population 24/7.

• Ensure quality clinical outcomes and resource utilization.
