AdventHealth in Ocala, FL, is seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to oversee clinical care delivery and staff development in an acute care setting. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and collaborate across disciplines.

The role requires an RN license with BLS, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 3-5+ years of leadership experience. Relocation incentives and a sign-on bonus may be available for eligible candidates, with salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, experience.
