Job summary

AdventHealth in Chatsworth, GA is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives within our hospital setting. You will lead and mentor clinical teams, drive patient-centered care, and ensure compliance with professional standards and policies.

Key responsibilities include staffing optimization, budget management, performance improvement, and collaboration with physicians and departments to deliver high-quality care while maintaining patient safety

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year related experience required.
• 2+ years related experience required.
