Granville Center, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on the banks of the Indian River, is hiring a Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) Unit Manager in Granville, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all duties for the assigned unit
  • Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
  • Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
  • Maintain standards of care for the unit
  • Review resident records and quality of care
  • Monitor overall care and review individual residents' cases
  • Address questions or complaints from residents or families
  • Represent the unit's interests with upper management
Qualifications
  • Valid State RN License
  • 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
