Job summary

You will recruit, develop staff, implement policies, manage budgets, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and clinical excellence, supporting Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 3 years acute care leadership/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, Directs and Coordinates nursing care for a defined patient care area.
• Recruits, interviews and selects staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops and evaluates unit policies and goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitors staffing plans and budgets; optimizes resources.
• Supports nursing professional development and shared governance initiatives.
