• Designs staffing models to ensure optimal coverage and continuity of care.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation and competency development.
• Supports budget planning and identifies opportunities for cost-effective care delivery.
• Partners with medical staff and leadership to foster safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, regulatory mandates and accreditation standards.
