Responsibilities
- Oversees staff performance, staffing, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance.
- Leads performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, ensures compliance.
- Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision-making and problem-solving to enhance patient care.
- Provides leadership, mentors staff, ensures high-quality clinical care and clear communication for patient care delivery.
