Job summary

You will conduct quality audits, ensure compliance with SRH standards, and collaborate with site leadership to improve patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, NYS RN license, CPR/BLS, and nursing management experience in a full-time position that offers a $2,700 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Nursing Management experience required.
• NYS Registered Nurse license (RN).
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and document in medical records.
• Attend mandated training and demonstrate competence in nursing procedures.
• Ensure that clinical staff adhere to workflows and documentation per SRH standards.
• Review site quality data monthly and develop improvement strategies with leadership.
• Lead initiatives to promote quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee laboratory operations and quality control logs.
• Conduct monthly meetings to discuss priority issues and organizational updates.
• Provide direct patient care as an RN when needed.
• Complete annual clinical competencies for staff.
• Ensure onboarding for new hires is completed.
