Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager—RN for Labor and Delivery on the night shift. You will lead patient care delivery, serve as a clinical resource, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to set unit goals, monitor regulatory adherence, mentor staff, and drive quality initiatives. This is a full-time night role requiring a BSN, NYS RN license, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related area preferred.
• BSN and NYS RN license required.
• NRP certification from the National Certification Corporation and BLS/ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care delivery for Labor and Delivery.
• Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders.
• Promote safety and quality through standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to set unit goals aligned with hospital strategy.

Education
