• Allocate resources in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency for staff.
• Delegate tasks and duties aligned to scope of practice.
• Perform clinical duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Monitor the continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.
