Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced OB/Labor & Delivery leader to guide a brand-new acute care hospital campus. You will lead Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services, shaping operations and driving excellence in patient care.

The role offers immediate responsibility and long-term strategic impact within a growing program. Ideal candidates are RN leaders with a passion for building strong physician and multidisciplinary partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications required/maintained

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations and teams
• Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence
• Build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Shape operations for a new hospital environment and contribute to program development
• Play a key role in designing and improving L&D workflows and postpartum/nursery processes
