Qualifications

• RN license in MO and KS required.

• 5+ years of clinical practice in hospital/clinic/home care/nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Director of Patient Care Services.
• Oversee training and ongoing staff, including Nurses, Medical Assistants and office staff.
• Collaborate with providers, health plans, vendors, facilities, and community organizations.
• Analyze reviews, metric data, and chart audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage scheduling, outreach, and assignments; maintain staff PTO and on-call calendars.
• Ensure proper documentation by providers and staff and monitor HIPAA compliance.
• Represent Saint Luke’s East and South at meetings with providers, vendors, and health plans.

Working with the Director of Patient Care Services, this role is the main contact for the interdisciplinary team, responsible for training and oversight of new hires and ongoing staff, including Nurses, Medical Assistants and office staff. The Wound Care Nurse Manager, as part of the leadership team, facilitates relationships with providers, health plans, vendors, facilities and community organizations.
