Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure active required.
• BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required by area.
• 2+ years of staff nurse experience with progressive nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement daily unit operations.
• Coordinate and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care.
• Allocate and manage human resources in assigned areas.
• As part of Nursing Service Leadership Team, assist in goals, policy development and priority setting.
