Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a current valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California.
• Five (5) years of full-time paid experience as a Registered Nurse or Public Health Nurse, including three years in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate nursing staff and program services across facilities.
• Develop, monitor, and interpret budgets and other financial documents.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate program activities and services.
• Coordinate with divisions, departments, outside agencies, and the public to ensure effective program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to staff; handle disciplinary issues as needed.
• Perform duties of subordinate nursing staff as required.
