Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Nurse Manager II, Hospital Bed Control in Clackamas, Oregon. This leadership role drives patient care delivery improvements, staffing coordination, and operational oversight in a 24/7 hospital setting.

You will lead clinical practice initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians across locations to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires BSN, RN license in Oregon, and 5+ years in patient care delivery with 4+ years in a leadership capacity;

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Leads development and performance across teams, coaching and succession planning.
• Translates business plans into tactical actions; ensures policies are followed.
• Oversees hospital admin functions to support patient care and budgeting.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment; partners with physicians.
• Leads cross-functional strategic projects to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensures safe, high-quality care; ensures compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
