Penn State Health in Reading, PA seeks a Nurse Manager - Hemodialysis to lead nursing operations, coordinate patient care, and drive department performance. You will supervise supervisors and staff, ensure policy compliance, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver safe, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Four (4) years of related experience required.
• Current RN license in state of employment or multistate license (NLC).
• AHA BLS certification required before end of orientation.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Plan, manage, or coordinate the Nursing operations within the organization. Manages the work efforts of supervisors and/or individual contributors. Makes decisions based on unit objectives, as well as company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Four (4) years of related experience required
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – required prior to the end of the orientation period
