Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required within 5 years of employment in Nurse Manager role (if hired or promoted after 10/1/25)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience required
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
  • Current BLS Certification - American Heart Association
  • Certification in area of specialty and/or Nursing Administration (NE/NEA) to be obtained within 2 years
