Job summary

Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Endoscopy Services team. The role focuses on patient care quality, team development, and operational excellence in a surgical/endoscopy setting.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for department operations, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to support exceptional patient care and a high-performing clinical team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Prior experience in nursing leadership is preferred.
• Experience in Endoscopy services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Endoscopy Services operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing Endoscopy team through coaching and mentorship.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives within the department.

The Successful Candidate Should Have:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing


• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification


• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification


• At least three years of clinical experience
