Job summary

Prime Fields Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department in Olympia Fields, IL. The role oversees daily ED operations, coordinates staff, and liaises with physicians and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.

The candidate must hold an active Registered Nurse license, have BLS, and possess at least two years of supervisory/management experience. BSN is required for hires after 1/11/2021; CEN, PALS, ACLS, and NRP timing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
• CEN preferred.
• PALS upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting.
• BSN required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
• NRP certificate within 30 days upon hire for non-OB facilities.

Manager of Emergency Department is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of all activities in the Emergency Department. Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):

1. Non-OB facilities: NRP certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88k to $119k. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
