About the RN | Manager, Emergency Department Position:

• In this role, you will manage a very busy 30 bed ED that sees approximately 40k patients annually
• Reports to a transformational and collaborative ED Director
• We are seeking an energetic, confident, and highly visible leader for the position
• Main responsibilities include: day to day department operations, mentoring and management of staff, recruitment and retention strategies, rounding, building positive and collaborative relationships with physicians, collaborating with the Director, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care and employee engagement

Requirements for the ER Nurse Manager:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• RN Active License
• Minimum two (2) years ER leadership experience is required
• Minimum five (5) years ER nursing experience
• Collaborative and inspirational leadership style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
• Unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of quality patient care consistently
