Coral Shores Behavioral Health, an 80-bed adolescent and adult facility in Stuart, FL, seeks a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and coordinate nursing personnel under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
You will assure quality nursing care using the nursing process, develop unit goals and standards, and coordinate staff development and clinical activities to support crisis resolution and patient growth 24/7 operations.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical leadership and coordination of all nursing personnel. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager will assure quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process. The Nurse Manager is responsible for developing unit goals, objectives and Standards of Performance as well as develops, coordinates and implements clinical activities and staff development.
