We are now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

Duties Include:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit.
2. Establish employee policies and procedures.
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice.
4. Establish the standards of care for the unit.
5. Review Resident records & quality of care.
6. Monitor overall care & review individual Resident cases.
7. Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families.
8. Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies.
9. Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of Unit Manager experience.
3. Must hold a valid RN License.
4. Basic computer skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
