Qualifications

• AHA BLS certification or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant clinical experience with 2 years of progressive leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• All day-to-day operations of the unit are handled independently.
• Provide guidance to staff; consult the Director on major decisions.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor environment and staff communication across shifts, including weekends.
