• Coordinates recruitment, retention, coaching, training, evaluation and scheduling with regional clinical manager.
• Provides leadership in patient care, workflow implementation, supplies ordering and staffing model changes.
• Maintains records for staff competency and quality audits; collaborates on fiscal needs.
• Fosters holistic, relationship-based care and resolves patient/family concerns.
• Promotes learning environments for students and healthcare professionals; supports education and professional development.
