Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Manager of Clinical Data Review to join our Clinical Coding & Support team. This position will work on a team to accomplish data review tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Data Reviewers;
• Ensure team assignments are maintained including those assigned to the manager;
• Responsible for the allocation of resources within each team;
• Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements in department practices to Associate Director or Director, Clinical Data Review;
• Represent the department during internal or external meetings as required;
• Support the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Clinical research experience required; CRO experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience performing clinical trial data review required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
