Job summary

ERC Pathlight is a rapidly growing clinical leader in behavioral health with national reach. We are seeking a Nurse Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead on unit operations, address staffing, supervise treatment plans, review incidents, manage infection control, monitor RN data, and coordinate with vendors and orientation efforts.

Qualifications

• State RN licensure required.
• BSN degree required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare (preferred).
• 1+ years patient care experience in nursing (Required).
• 2+ years direct patient care (Preferred).
• Associate Degree plus 3+ years direct patient care and 3+ years supervision (required).
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot problems on the unit and ensure smooth operations.
• Help with staffing or coverage as needed.
• Supervise medical aspects of treatment plans and implementation per patient.
• Review incident reports and follow up through established processes.
• Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises, and behavior management.
• Assist with infection control measures and protocols.
• Monitor weekly data collected by RNs and supervisors; present trends to Nursing Director.
• Manage vendor relations and pharmaceutical services.
• Manage nurse orientation for new staff.
• Assist Nurse Director with audits, checklists, communications, and updating policies.
• Support compliance with policies and accreditation requirements.

How you’ll serve our patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.

• Help with staffing or coverage

• Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit

• Review incident reports and follow up through established process

• Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques

• Assist with infection control

• Monitor weekly data collected by RN’s and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing

• Mange vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services

• Manage new Nurse Orientation

• Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures

• Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.

Must haves

• State Licensure as an RN (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Required)

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred)

• 1+ years of patient care experience in nursing field (Required)

• 2+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (Preferred)

OR

• Associate Degree (Required)

• 3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required)

• 3+ years supervision (preferred)

• Master’s degree (M.S.N) preferred

Compensation range for the Nurse Manager role is $104K-$127,400.

Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
