Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Nurse Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise nursing care across our facilities. You will lead hands-on treatment delivery and provide clinical oversight for patient care, safety, and quality outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in Colorado, a BSN, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience, with 1+ years in direct patient care. Competitive Colorado salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • RN licensure in good standing in Colorado.
  • BSN from an accredited program.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
  • 1+ years of patient care in nursing.
  • 2+ years direct patient care in nursing (preferred).
  • Master’s degree (MSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise nursing care within the treatment facility.
  • Serve patients daily in various roles on the unit.
  • Troubleshoot problems and staffing coverage on the unit.
  • Review incident reports and follow up per policy.
  • Provide clinical expertise in medical management and crises.
  • Assist with infection control and data trends reporting.
  • Manage vendor relations and pharmaceutical services.
  • Oversee Nurse Orientation and staff training.
  • Support policy compliance and accreditation requirements.

Schedule: 4 10 hour shifts - will require 1 weekend day

How you’ll serve our patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

  • Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.
  • Help with staffing or coverage
  • Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit
  • Review incident reports and follow up through established process
  • Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques
  • Assist with infection control
  • Monitor weekly data collected by RN’s and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing
  • Mange vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services
  • Manage new Nurse Orientation
  • Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures
  • Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.
Must haves
  • State Licensure as an RN (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Required)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred)
  • 1+ years of patient care experience in nursing field (Required)
  • 2+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (Preferred)

OR

  • Associate Degree (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required)
  • 3+ years supervision (preferred)
  • Master’s degree (M.S.N) preferred

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.

Colorado pay range

$104,000 - $127,000 USD
