Job summary

IHA in Fresno, CA is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee patient care in the Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services area. This role reports to the Director Nursing Service Admin and carries twenty-four hour accountability for coordinating care with patient needs and supporting staff clinically and materially.

The successful candidate will drive quality improvement, fiscal accountability, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required. Three years of Nursing Leadership experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience is required. If Nursing Leadership experience is in lieu of degree, must have additional 3 years' experience.
• Two years of management experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care personnel and an ability to lead, direct, and mentor personnel is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required. Clinical professionals currently licensed outside the State of California will be provided six (6) months from date of hire to obtain equivalent California state licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree is required. Three years of Nursing Leadership experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience is required. If Nursing Leadership experience is in lieu of degree, must have additional 3 years' experience.
• Two years of management experience is preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range $67.16 - $100.75
