Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for Case Management and the Logistics Center. This role oversees recruitment, staffing, training and evaluation of Clinical Care Coordinators across multiple hospitals, ensuring efficient patient progression and adherence to clinical protocols.

The position emphasizes financial stewardship, quality improvement, and cross-site collaboration to optimize patient outcomes and resource use within the Bassett network.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, required or will complete within one year.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of progressive, responsible healthcare supervisory experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse License, required.
• PR and/or Screen Certification within 6 months of hire, required.
• Case Management Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, training and evaluation of Clinical Care Coordinators and Logistics Center staff.
• Manage patient flow, throughput and resource allocation across the network.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Develop operational budgets and monitor variances; ensure revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with affiliate sites to standardize best practices and care coordination.
