The Saint Luke's Hospital Cardiac Transplant Clinic is seeking a highly skilled nursing leader for the Nurse Manager role.

Saint Luke's cardiac transplant team is among the best. Our expert multidisciplinary team—including cardiologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and various sub-specialists—along with nurses, coordinators, and critical staff, collaborates seamlessly to make this program one of the top heart transplant programs in the country.

Models the SLHS Leadership Competencies and core values, including professionalism, innovation, adaptability, independent judgment, and solid decision-making skills. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the clinic, aligned with strategic goals and objectives for Patient-Centered Care. Collaborates with nursing leadership to identify practice improvements, policies, and processes. Supports optimal care requiring specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and skills based on psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences, utilizing nursing processes. Drives employee engagement and retention. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to exceed customer expectations in a patient-centered, healing environment. Maintains all required clinical competencies, which may include staffing responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Experience: 2 years

Certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Qualification: Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related science
