Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current WA RN license by date of hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum three years of related nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Financial and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab, including staffing and scheduling.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and procedural care teams.
• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular services.
• Drive recruitment, retention, engagement, and succession planning.
• Monitor departmental performance and financials to meet goals.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.
