Job summary

Methodist Health System is seeking experienced nursing leaders to join our growing team across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Nurse Manager roles in Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology will lead clinical teams and advance patient care excellence.

Locations include Celina, TX, and additional Methodist Health System sites. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and partner with physicians to improve safety, quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

RN license required.
BSN with RN license required; MSN preferred.
Leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving operational outcomes.
Specialty experience in Cardiology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Labor & Delivery, or related service lines.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinical operations.
Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
Drive patient safety, quality, and service-excellence initiatives.
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Achieve department goals related to quality, patient experience, and operational performance.
