Job summary

Saint Simons By The Sea is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead an inpatient psychiatric and substance use unit on St Simons Island, GA. You will guide daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive nursing practice improvements across hospital units.

The role supports a schedule with either Mon–Thu 12p–9p or Fri–Sun 9a–9p, fostering collaboration and professional development in a supportive, coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia nursing license or eligibility to renew.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in inpatient settings.
• At least 3 years in mental health care.
• Current CPI certification.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape daily operations of an inpatient unit for psychiatric and substance use care.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across the unit.
• Drive implementation and evaluation of nursing practices hospital-wide.
• Foster collaboration and staff development to improve patient outcomes.
