Qualifikationen

• Current Georgia nursing license or eligibility to renew
• Three years' supervisory experience (inpatient setting preferred)
• Three years’ experience in mental health
• Current CPI certification
• Current CPR or BLS certification

• Lead and shape the daily operations of an inpatient unit providing patient-centered care for psychiatric and substance use disorders.
• Drive and evaluate nursing practices across hospital units to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and guide staff through care delivery improvements.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to align with unit needs and patient care goals.
