Summary:
Responsible for overall clinical supervision and coordination of person-centered quality care, including clinical operations, fiscal, and regulatory requirements. Emphasizes the importance of the employee/customer relationship to achieve positive outcomes. Acts as a liaison with other departments to ensure collaborative care delivery using an interdisciplinary team approach.
