Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join Jersey Shore University Medical Center. This role requires a current and valid New Jersey Nursing license and a BSN in progress or willingness to pursue within three years of hire.

AHA BLS/CPR certification and ACLS are required, with national certification preferred and a two-year timeline to obtain it. Candidates should have at least three years of recent nursing experience in the specialty and leadership experience

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification is required.
• ACLS required.
• National Certification acceptable to Magnet; preferred; must obtain within two years.
• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent.
• Prior assistant manager or supervisor experience highly preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs with strong patient focus and teamwork.
