Job summary

Hackensack MeridianHealth at Jersey Shore University Medical Center is seeking experienced nurses with current New Jersey RN licensure to join our OR and PACU teams. A CNOR certification is preferred, and candidates should bring strong leadership, communication, and patient‑centered care.

BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years, BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS are required, with a minimum of three years in the specialty and five years in OR preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required.
• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• CNOR nationally certified in specialty required
• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent.
• PACU nursing experience required
• 5 years of OR nursing experience preferred
• Prior Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience highly preferred
• Leadership and motivational skills; ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs; strong teamwork and patient focus
