Signet Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Manager for Adolescent Behavioral Health Services in Greensboro, NC, to oversee inpatient adolescent psychiatric services at the Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital program. The role emphasizes staffing, regulatory compliance, and delivery of compassionate, high-quality care.

Required is a NC RN license with 5 years of management experience in inpatient psychiatry; a BSN is required and an MSN is preferred.

Formación

• Five (5) years of professional nursing management experience in an inpatient, hospital-based psychiatric setting.
• Active North Carolina RN license or eligibility for endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs development and implementation of quality and utilization standards across the continuum of care.
• Establishes partnerships with leadership to ensure a superior care experience and safe environment.
• Oversee nursing schedules to meet patient needs and regulatory standards.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of nursing personnel.
