Signet Health is recruiting for a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager at our new freestanding psychiatric hospital in Midland, TX. The role oversees the adult inpatient unit and partners with leaders to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

The position offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive compensation package. A Texas RN license and 5+ years of behavioral health nursing management are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• 5+ years of behavioral health nursing management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing services for the adult inpatient behavioral health programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Develop staff through mentorship, coaching, and succession planning.
