Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum of two years management experience.
• Three years of registered nursing experience in relevant care setting.
• Certification in nursing administration or related area, or must be achieved within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plans, organizes, manages and evaluates patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Develop and manage unit goals, budgets, and processes to improve operations and patient outcomes.
• Coach, guide and evaluate the work of patient care staff in the designated area.
• Promote collaboration with related patient care departments and support services.
