Job summary

The ideal candidate will have five years of acute care nursing experience, a BSN, and an MSN is preferred; certification in specialty or leadership is a plus. Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Five years nursing experience in an acute care setting with leadership demonstrated.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty and/or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative leadership for the department.
• Allocates resources and oversees scheduling to ensure quality patient care.
• Leads performance improvement efforts and ensures regulatory compliance.
