Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx seeks an Administrative Nurse Manager to uphold nursing practice standards and lead a care center around the clock. You will drive performance measures, quality initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver patient-centered care.

You will oversee clinical, fiscal, and human resources, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a skilled, autonomous nursing team dedicated to excellence.

Competenze

• Current RN license in NYS.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• BLS and ACLS Certification.
• 5+ years clinical experience in acute care.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong English communication.

Mansioni

• Direct, plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate patient care, departmental systems, administrative, quality, safety and risk management issues on a 24 hour basis.
• Integrate the standards of excellence into daily clinical practice.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability for own practice and facilitate development of associates.
• Maintain professional competency through participation in professional activities.
• Define and implement a patient care delivery system that ensures effective outcomes.
• Lead operations to support 24/7 care center and hospital-wide needs while onsite on weekends and holidays.
