Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee 24-hour patient care on a designated unit. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and adherence to clinical pathways to ensure quality outcomes in a busy acute care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and has at least 2 years of clinical experience plus 1–2 years in progressive management, with an active Nevada RN license and BCLS certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required.
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required.
• One (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BCLS Certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

• Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
