• Advocates for and allocates resources to promote efficient, safe nursing care based on current standards of practice.
• Promotes shared decision making on the unit level and facilitates collaboration among nursing and other health care disciplines.
• Maintains a professional environment to develop and grow staff, with direct reports including nurse supervisors of assigned inpatient units.
