You'll oversee daily OR operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory readiness while shaping a culture of excellence and patient-centered outcomes across a complex environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• California RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years patient care experience.
• Minimum 4 years healthcare leadership experience.
• Operating Room or perioperative leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and clinical operations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex priorities, and drive measurable results
