Our treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and developing motivation and engagement in treatment. Our goal is to help each client understand their disorder and its effects, and to foster personal recovery.
We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team.

Responsibilities Include
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train competent nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate medication management at the facility.
- Meet with clients individually and as needed to ensure quality care and treatment.
- Communicate with outside treatment professionals in line with MNA processes.
- Maintain admission and discharge processes for continuity of care.
- Manage the nursing schedule, including vacations, sick leave, and staffing needs.
- Provide detailed communication on current operations.
- Ensure quality nursing notes are entered each shift.
- Organize and facilitate laboratory work as ordered.
- Complete admission nursing assessments and care plans for each client.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure provider orders are present upon client admission.
- Organize and document monthly nursing meetings and other necessary meetings.
- Manage maintenance of nursing spaces and equipment.
- Ensure proper nursing documentation, including treatment plans and discharge summaries.
- Review and document employee performance regularly and manage performance improvements or disciplinary actions.
- Attend and present at nursing leadership meetings.
- Coordinate with providers on ongoing medical, psychiatric, nursing, and medication management.
- Oversee infection control and prevention programs.
- Ensure on-call nursing staff availability.
- Assist with insurance issues as needed.
- Ensure all admission requirements are completed.
- Manage medication destruction or return per policy.
- Maintain supplies of nursing items.
- Assist with additional program needs and seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- In emergencies, stay onsite as part of the emergency team.
- Identify and refer legal or ethical issues in client care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN or higher preferred.
- Minimum of two years' experience.
- Valid RN or LPN license in Oregon.
- BLS certification.
- Comfortable with EMR systems.
- Previous experience managing nursing operations in a residential or hospital setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, patient relations, and time management skills; safety awareness; team collaboration skills are required.
