Job summary

Sunrise Detox in Texas is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing services for patients in detox, ensuring high‑quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care plans with other departments, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and service delivery. RN licensure is required, with MSN preferred, and a minimum of two years in a nursing supervisor role.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as nursing supervisor.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and dual‑diagnosis patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Director of Nursing Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing–related services for each patient.

Director of Nursing Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current state‑issued Registered Nursing license; an MSN is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a nursing supervisor.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and dual‑diagnosis patients; detox experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently.

Director of Nursing Compensation
