Mirabella at ASU is seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to serve as our Full-Time Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) in our Assisted Living and Memory Support Department at Mirabella at ASU. The AL Nurse Manager will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents by directing and supervising are staff and ensuring that services are appropriate to meet residents' needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Mirabella is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenitiesand care services. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. About You:

• Current Arizona license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university.
• Previous experience working as the Nurse Manager/Coordinator in Assisted Living and Memory Care is required.
• Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects patient care.
• Excellent understanding, skills and ability to communicate patient care and sensitive issues.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and medical records and clinical software programs.
